LE MANS 2025 BOOKING PROCESS UPDATE

The booking process has been underway for a little over a week with clients being contacted in the order that the registration of interest forms were received. With this in mind please find below an update on several current important issues.

Le Mans 2025…

48hr Booking Windows

The Team have been working through all 2025 enquiries and the process, as usual, is taking longer than we envisaged.

Can we ask that if you have been offered a booking (based on your registration of interest form), please contact us within the required timeframe of 48 hours to ensure that we are as fair as possible to all our clients.

Brittany Ferries

We do have an issue currently with Brittany Ferries who have raised their prices significantly but have also removed our fixed rate and moved to a fully fluid pricing system and a commission basis only.

Variable pricing can cause daily fluctuations, and we have on hold several clients who wish to book with Brittany, but we want to complete our discussions with them and be assured that we are not only offering our clients the best service but also will continue with value for money.

Le Shuttle

With Le Shuttle having raised their prices last year, they have once again increased rates for 2025, although not significantly. We can confirm that these will be included in the package price when they are launched therefore avoiding last year’s supplements.

Classic Le Mans 2025…

As a result of some of the delays encountered in taking the bookings for the 24-hour event, we know that several clients who have made reservations for the Classic Le Mans have been concerned that they may have missed the call in respect of a potential booking.

We can confirm that the intention will be to delay the Classic booking process until Mid-September to ensure we clear all the issues on crossings which will also affect the Classic.

We can only apologise for the delay but please be assured we will move as quickly as possible to ensure the booking process is completed on time. We thank you for your patience.
