As hospitality and motorsport specialists, Lycian Events have successfully hosted a luxury glamping site at the Le Mans 24 Hour and the Classic Le Mans for 10 years. This model has proved to be both transferable and flexible, catering to the specific wants and needs of the client. First class customer service is where we excel, building a great rapport with each client and treating them as individuals. We are able to cover all aspects of your event from the accommodation itself to electricity, entertainment, marquees, catering, marketing and much more.

LUXURY VILLAGE BELLES
For those who are keen to enjoy the ultimate glamping experience we have introduced our Village Belles tents. First introduced at the Le Mans Classic event in July 2018, they have instantly became a firm favourite amongst our guests, but with limited numbers available booking early is an absolute must!
Offering a truly stunning boutique camping experience, our Village Belles are available in a variety of sizes. Offering a luxury camping experience. The contents of each Belle Tent can be catered to clients specific needs however as standard each tent will include:
- Double thickness air bed
- All bedding including duvet, pillow, bed sheet and cushion
- Bed side table
- LED lantern
- Entrance matt
- Fairy lights
- Towels and toiletries
- Outside table and chairs
- Goodie bag
- Parking space for one car
Each Village Belle can comfortably sleep two adult, alternately you can upgrade to three or four people.

CATERING EXPERTS
When it comes to food and drink we work alongside our trusted partners the Black Jacket Group who organise all aspects of catering from bistro restaurant meals to pizza ovens, fish and chips and bar in their own personalised trailers giving clients lots of different food and drink options.

CAFE VIRAGE... A PROVEN EXAMPLE
A great example of our catering capabilities is the ever popular Café Virage located in our VIP reception marquee which is present at the Village on the Curves at both the Le Mans 24 hours and Classic Le Mans events. Boasting three 50” TV’s and bar area with bistro-catering providing meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it is a truly the only way to experience the magic that is Le Mans.
Meal Packages are available to book prior to arriving at The Village and can present savings based on dining over several days. Separate meal packages and lunch deals are also available to purchase on the day.
Full English and Continental Breakfasts are available each morning, with a light bites option also available, all with limitless tea and coffee.
The variety of evening meals available at Cafe Virage is vast, with different dishes being prepared on each of the five evenings. These include mouth-watering daily themes including Curry Night, Fish Night, the famous Saturday BBQ Buffet and a Sunday Roast. All meals include fresh desserts.
A Bar menu is also available daily from 11:00, with late night food available throughout the night on race day. Fresh pizza is also available at selected times.
You can also sample a selection of wines and ales in Cafe Virage souvenir reusable cups available from the bar, which is open late each evening and 24 hours during the race, along with bar snacks.
Free limitless tea and coffee is available throughout the day.
Lycian Events takes care of all aspects of the campsite, we are able to organise accommodation, catering, bar, marquee, bookings and much more to suit your requirements.
