Lycian Events is an established company offering travel and camping on the Village on the Curves for the 24 Hours of Le Mans and Classic Le Mans, in 2019 we introduced Driving Tours in the UK and Europe, starting with the NC500 and we will in 2022/23 expand our bespoke service through ArdourTours www.ardortours.com launched in 2020 now to include Motorhome Tours for the first time ( You dont need to own a motorhome these can be rented for the Tour).
Are you a car club who wants to attend Le Mans but are concerned about the costs and outlay we can assist by designating an area so that you are all together, we can even collect payments from individual participants in the group saving time and effort.
If you have a special occasion you wish to celebrate whilst at Le Mans then we can organise this on your behalf whether it be canapes or a beer and a burger you only need to ask . Lycian can also assist with arranging corporate packages for companies who may wish to entertain clients or just provide staff incentives. With no obligation to buy anything other than race tickets, they are able to concentrate on ensuring that you get the ticket of your choice.
Black Jacket Group provide the bistro-style catering for Cafe Virage situated in uur VIP reception marquee. Their staff members provide an extremely personal service and look to make sure your Le Mans experience is as memorable as possible.
The Village on the Curves is the preferred supplier of Porsche Club GB camping at Le Mans. Members can benefit from special offers including: A discount on pitch booked by a member and a programme of events for both the 24 Hours and Classic events.
