LE MANS 2025 BOOKING PROCESS STARTING SOON

Demand for pitches at next year’s Le Mans 24 Hours and Le Mans Classic with Village on the Curves has once again been incredibly high. In this update, we would like to outline how the booking process for these events will be carried out.

2025 is going to be an incredibly busy year for the team at Lycian Events as we gear up for not only the Le Mans 24 Hours but also the return of the ever-popular Classic event. Not to mention celebrating Lycian Events 15th Anniversary year!

We opened registrations for 2025 very early this year due to the huge demand for places at both events which has built over the past several years. With this in mind, we would like to outline how the booking process will work: 

The Booking Process

  1. Your Phone Call – Only parties that have filled in and submitted a registration of interest form will be contacted by Shannon or Max from the beginning of August. Guests who have stayed with us in the past will receive priority calls in the order that the forms have been received. All new guests will then follow, again in the order that the forms were received.

  2. Quotation – When you receive your call a quotation will be provided based on the information included in your submitted registration of interest. This will be valid for a period of 48 hours from the time of receiving your quotation. Please note quotes will be based on 2024 prices; we anticipate final prices being launched around Autumn 2024. When you receive the quotation, please ensure that you check it very carefully to ensure that you have everything included so that we can make any required amendments before the final booking confirmation is sent. Amendments can be made later in the process, but this will be subject to availability at the time the change is made.

  3. Payment of Deposit – Your quote will need to be converted into a firm booking with a non-refundable £150.00 deposit per person. Once the 48 hours have elapsed, if the booking is not confirmed then the registration of interest will be lost. There is no exception to this time limit.

We hope you understand that due to the unprecedented interest received in the 2025 events, we have had to introduce this process to work through the booking reservations to ensure fairness to those who have previously submitted an enquiry alongside a short window for taking deposits to confirm bookings.

Other important information…

  • Meal Packages – We will not be reserving meal packages until the autumn as we want to ensure that these are kept competitive.

  • Grandstand tickets – Please note when ordering a grandstand ticket, they will be subject to availability and once the order is placed, these tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Motorhome/caravan – If you have a motorhome/caravan, then it is essential you supply the exact length as standard pitches are only 7m x 5m and we will not allow any overhang into roads or access areas for health and safety reasons. If you arrive and the unit is larger than can fit on the pitch, we may not be able to accommodate you. We do have a limited number of large pitches available. This policy will also be in place for tents and cars which cannot fit exactly on the pitch if you are unsure then please measure your outfit in advance, if in doubt then discuss with a member of the team.

  • Solo traveller pitch – If you have asked for a quotation for a solo traveller pitch, then you must ensure that you are able to fit both the tent and your vehicle on the 7m x 3m pitch, otherwise we may have to ask you to park the vehicle outside the Village compound at an additional cost. Unfortunately, as the site will be full, we will not have the flexibility to offer parking or transfer you to a standard pitch when you arrive.

  • Linking of pitches for groups – We will always, where possible, link pitches for groups who have requested to be together however this will not be possible if there is a variety of large pitches, Village Belles, Solo Traveller pitches or electric hook up, as these elements are contained within certain areas only. Please also note that if you asked to be linked to another booking, we will endeavor to fulfil your request however this is not something we can guarantee.

Timescales

We do not know how long the process of bookings will take but anticipate it will be no longer than 4 weeks, we would be grateful if you do not contact the office until this time has elapsed but if you don’t hear from us within this time span it is unlikely that you have been successful.

If you are not successful in obtaining a space all may not be lost as we are in discussion with the ACO to obtain a second site, but we are unlikely to have confirmation of this before September at the earliest due to French holidays taking out most of August.

    Just a quick reminder about the 2025 Classic.
    I’m still on to bring the missus and really looking forward to seeing you all there
