LE MANS 2024 BOOKING PROCESS COMPLETE

The Lycian Events team have come to the end of the booking process for 2024 Village on the Curves and the site is now complete. 

We understand that many clients have been frustrated at the time it has taken but we have tried to be as transparent and fair as possible in the way the allocation has been completed. Many of you who have completed registrations will be disappointed, but we have tried to ensure that we completed the exercise before all other options to you were closed. 

Second site update…

As previously mentioned, we are looking at an additional site with the ACO and members of the team have been to review these alternatives recently. The option we prefer is still trackside but is very much subject to the ACO approval and negotiations on price.

It is anticipated that if the site gets approval in 2024 it will include 24-hour security and catering, but we are unlikely to be able to offer the full Village on The Curves experience. This will however be reflected in the package price. 

If this site is successful, we hope to enhance the features and facilities for 2025. 

We will retain your details on our waiting list unless otherwise instructed and will keep you informed of how we intend to proceed with the potential new site. There is always the possibility of people dropping out at final balance stage so always worth keeping in touch.

Once again apologies to all those we have not been able to accommodate and only wish we had more sites to offer.

We will be offering public site packages this year, but we are unlikely to be able to add these to the website until such time as we receive our allocation from the ACO which we anticipate being in November.

We will also be opening reservations for 2025 towards the end of 2024.
