We are going all out for 2025 in what is Lycian Event’s 15th Anniversary by taking Village on the Curves to Belgium! Not only will we be offering packages to the WEC TotalEnergies 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps on the 9th/10th May 2025 but also the Belgian Grand Prix across the weekend of 25th-27th July 2025.

Persistence pays off…

Having source a campsite 900 meters from the main entrance last year, we were disappointed not to move forwards with these two events due to not being able to guarantee a ticket allocation. The Team have been hard at work ever since and have secured options on all General Adminssion tickets and Grandstands, enabling us to announce that the Lycian Events Team will be at Spa in 2025 offering the same great facilities that we offer at Le Mans.

What’s included…

This Spa Edition of Village on the Curves will include:

• A new secure camp site situated 900m from the circuit entrace
• All pre-erected tents, with our Village Belles available as an upgrade
• Space for your car with your tent
• Exclusive toilet and showing facilities
• Our Cafe Marquee with Breakfast and Dinner included in your package
• Lunch options available
• Cash Bar offering a range of beers, wines, sprits and cocktails
• Entertainment throughout the weekend
• Lycian Events crew representatives in attendance all weekend
• Large Screen TVs covering all sessions
• WiFi
• Glamping options to include full bedding packs
• Guaranteed entrance tickets available with the potential of reserved grandstands

The site will be open for free practice, qualifying and the main race at both events, so you don’t have to miss out on any of the action.

The next steps…

We don’t have finalised prices as yet for the events, but we are giving all of our long-standing clients the first opportunity to take up a registration of interest. This will not commit you to booking, but when the Team are ready to start the call-back process in October 2024, you will be first in the queue.

The site will closest private site to the circuit, and we anticipate a large demand for spaces for both events. Why camp elsewhere when you can be this close!
